Left hand: three fingers up
Right hand: think "perfection!" Curl your index finger in so that it forms a "ring" and use your thumb to hold it down!
I love this: 33 dtg = 99 decimal. Both double digits!
The same is true of 11 dtg and 22 dtg! 33 dec and 66 dec, respectively.
