By the way, "quicken" means "revive", or even "bring me back again from the dead".

All five up on the left hand, and the ring and index finger down on the right. Even here, though, I already employ resting my middle finger OVER TOP of my thumb muscle, while my ring and index fingers are tucked in underneath my thumb muscle. That way, it doesn't look like a certain unfortunate gesture!
